A Leasing Agent is responsible for showing properties to our database of AAA tenants and helping them find a suitable rental unit. They may work with a variety of property types including condominiums and houses. The Leasing Agent uses their knowledge of the local rental market and the properties in their inventory to match potential tenants with the best available units.

Property Specialist
A Property Specialist is responsible for assessing properties and using their expertise and knowledge of the local real estate market to accurately determine the value of a property. The Property Specialist must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Tenant Placement Specialist
A Tenant Placement Specialist is responsible for handling communication with property owners and coordinating assessments of their properties. They must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. They may also be responsible for handling paperwork and maintaining records of property assessments.
Leasing Specialist
As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all correspondence with potential tenants and verifying the authenticity of their documents. You will also be responsible for handling paperwork and preparing rental agreements as well as other required documents to be signed by all parties.
